The Story of a rainbow - How kaleidoscope came to be.

So here you are on my page thank you for visiting, peple ask why Kaleidoscope Counselling? It all started with a Facebook page, Kaleidoscope Wellbeing, right after Covid. Yes you read that right AFTER covid. During lockdown, I found unexpected connection and support despite going through a tough time, including unemployment. But as life returned to normal, that sense of community faded. I realised there must be others out there like me.

The Facebook page became my lifeline, offering a community and outlet. The feedback I received inspired me to become a counsellor. The name Kaleidoscope represents hope and resilience for me as its the Christian sign of hope . Just like a kaleidoscope's broken pieces can form something beautiful and unique with the right support, I aim to be that support and help you rearrange your pieces and find colour in your life again.
