I offer trauma-informed counselling that’s creative and flexible, designed to meet the needs of neurodivergent adults or those exploring if they might be. Sessions can include traditional talk therapy, creative techniques, or a mix depending on what feels right for you. I offer both online sessions and in-person sessions in Wordsley, Stourbridge.

What should I expect in a first session?
We’ll focus on getting to know you,.There’s no pressure, and you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

How do I know if I’m ready for counselling?
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or curious about exploring your thoughts and feelings in a safe space, you’re ready. You don’t need a diagnosis to start.
How long does a session last, and how often should I come?
Sessions usually last 50 minutes. Many people start weekly or every other week, but we’ll create a schedule that fits your needs.
Can this counselling be done online?
Yes! I offer secure online sessions, as well as in-person sessions in Wordsley, Stourbridge, for those who prefer face-to-face support.
What if I don’t feel like it’s helping?
That’s okay! Therapy is a process. We can adjust the approach, try different methods, or explore new goals until it feels right for you.

Do I need to be artistic or creative to try creative therapy?
Not at all. You don’t need any skills or experience—just a willingness to try different ways of exploring your feelings.
Is therapy confidential?
Absolutely.Everything you share stays private. Exceptions only apply if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or someone else.
